ISIS Bride Should Stay In Syria
She hates us, but she knows us. This bride of ISIS from Alabama.
Hoda Muthana knows that Americans tend to believe in second chances. That we’re suckers for cute little kids. That we are easily seduced by attractive women.
And she is physically attractive. For a terrorist, that is.
That’s what this 24-year-old was, a terrorist. That’s probably what she still is. And America has no obligation to let this vile creature back into our country.
She is in a Kurdish refugee camp in Syria. She is not our problem.
Haven’t we taken enough chances with refugees and their radicalized offspring? Weren’t the Tsarnaev brothers who blew up the Boston Marathon enough? Why would we risk admitting a woman who’s an avowed enemy of the state and whose son was apparently fathered by a Tunisian Islamic radical?
Yet the drumbeat to allow her into the country is beginning. Newspapers already refer to her as an “Alabama woman” in their headlines.
That’s the first clue.
Soon her cause will be taken up by the band of open-border extremists vying to be the Democratic Party’s presidential nominee.
Then it won’t be long before stooges in the press corps embrace this zealot and use her to shame the president who made it clear yesterday that he is not fooled by her phony mea culpa.
No doubt some of the same people who wanted Roseanne Barr to lose everything over an ugly Tweet will want to show mercy to a woman who grew up in this great country of ours and then called for the assassination of President Barack Obama.
“You can look up Obamas schedule on the white house website. Take down that treacherous tyrant!” Hoda Muthana tweeted from her now-suspended Twitter account @ZumarulJannah in March 2015, according to the New York Post.
Late Wednesday, Secretary of State Mike Pompeo announced that he was putting American safety ahead of some sob sister in Syria.
“Ms. Hoda Muthana is not a U.S. citizen and will not be admitted into the United States,” Pompeo said in a statement. “She does not have any legal basis, no valid U.S. passport, no right to a passport, nor any visa to travel to the United States. We continue to strongly advise all U.S. citizens not to travel to Syria.”
Seems that although she was born in New Jersey, Muthana’s father was a Yemeni diplomat. The offspring of diplomats are not granted birthright citizenship. They can be permanent residents only.
Her family, however, claims Daddy was no longer in the diplomatic corps when Hoda was born. Leftie lawyers will be happy to head to court to argue that this jihadi has a right to an American passport.
No matter how the citizenship issue is resolved, fact is America did plenty for this woman. She had the opportunity for a high-quality free public education. She lived in a country with religious freedom, where girls are free to pursue their studies and their dreams. She grew up in a peaceful land of plenty.
When she was 19 or 20 - news accounts vary - she left the University of Alabama (where the generous citizens of that state were underwriting the cost of her education while she spent her spare time online, plotting to leave the country and aid our bloodthirsty enemies) and traveled to Turkey, then to Syria to marry a succession of ISIS fighters.
She became a voice of violent English-language propaganda, urging Muslims to randomly kill Americans.
The New York Post reports that she Tweeted to supporters in America to “go on drivebys” and “rent a big truck and drive all over them” at “Veterans, Patriot, Memorial etc Day parades.”
Horrifying.
Frankly, I don’t want to hear about how young, foolish and brainwashed Hoda Muthana was four years ago when she traveled to Syria. America has lost too many 20-year-old service members fighting against this woman’s husbands and their terrorist comrades to waste compassion on her.
She voluntarily joined the forces of Islamic radicals who enslave women, behead their enemies, kill gays and mutilate girls.
She once posted grisly pictures of her first husband’s corpse saying, “I’m the most content I have ever been in my life, and never think of those who have been killed in the cause of Allah as dead,” reported The Daily Mail.
Now she wants to come “home” to America with her kid?
Stay in Syria, Muthana. You ARE home.
