Trump’s Border Czar To Illegals: “Don’t get too comfortable.”
Dems can’t make up their minds. During the campaign they called Donald Trump Hitler and accused him of all sorts of bizarre beliefs. They predicted a dictatorial Trump regime with all sorts of extreme policies.
Yet they seem surprised that he’s actually going to keep some of his actual campaign promises.
The one thing Trump was very clear about was that his administration would close the border and quickly begin deporting those who are here illegally.
No, they are not going to deport every single illegal alien in the country. But the dangerous ones will be leaving first.
News flash: That’s what Americans voted for.
Now that Trump’s announced former ICE Director Tom Homan as his border czar lefties are running around with their hair on fire, screaming that they’re shocked Trump meant what he said and intends to begin deportations immediately after taking office.
What part of “we’re going to deport illegals” didn’t they understand?
The voters certainly knew what they were getting.
The Trump administration is going to begin deportations of illegals who have committed crimes and those who pose a threat to national security within 60 days of Trump taking office. At the same time, they are going to crack down on employers who break laws that forbid the hiring of illegals.
I can’t wait to see Democrat lawyers in court arguing to keep illegal criminals and national security risks in the country.
Losing may become a way of life for this clueless party.
Here’s Homan explaining that Trump is going to put an end to all of the chicanery at the border.
And he was In 2019 arguing with Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez about “family separations.”
Virginia has about 24,000 state inmates. Those are 24,000 men and women who have been separated from their families because of the crimes they committed. Many are serving life sentences.
The justice system generally pays no attention to the separation issue when locking up American convicts.
And, as Homan points out, the illegals can take their families with them when they’re returned to their homelands. A one-way ticket home, courtesy of the US taxpayers? No time in a cell. Sounds like a sweet deal to me.
And in an almost humorous twist, the left is hunched over their calculators tabulating just how much each deportation will cost. As if they’ve ever fretted about the burden on taxpayers for their hare-brained schemes.
Funny, these open-border radicals never tabulate the full cost to taxpayers of allowing anywhere from 10 to 22 million illegals into the country in the past four yeas. The staggering price tag of social services, education and the strain on local communities is of no concern to them.
The American people voted for deportations. We’re tired of drug cartels running our border. We don’t want our government aiding and abetting human trafficking. We want someone to find the roughly 300,000 unaccompanied children the Biden/Harris administration lost. We’re done with fentanyl and drug overdoses and drunken driving. We’re done importing gangs and military-aged men who are clearly not here seeking asylum for their families.
We support legal immigration. Before anyone is allowed to live in the U.S. we have a right to make sure they are not criminals, something the Biden/Harris administration ignored.
Every sign points to the Trump administration being vastly different than the last one. That’s exactly why Trump won in such a sweeping fashion.
