Virginia is afflicted with more spam calls per person than any other state but four, according to a dive into five million cases reported between 2018 and 2022 in the “Do Not Call Data Books” maintained by the Federal Trade Commission. The report was sponsored by the Radaris people-finder people.
If you’re looking for relief from spam calls, North Dakota and Mississippi are the places to be. Residents get spam calls at 58% of the rate of Virginians. Hmmm. Tough call, but moving to Fargo just might be worth it.
