Biden’s Superpower: Gaslighting
Gaslighting.
It’s Joe Biden’s superpower.
Ignoring a Supreme Court decision that said he did not have the authority to “forgive” student debt, the panderer in chief - desperate to buy the votes of the younger generation - just transferred $1.2 billion of debt from the people who borrowed it to you and me.
Naturally, he (or whoever writes his social media posts for him) is bragging.
As expected, his box-checking sidekick and insurance policy against impeachment or the 25th Amendment joined the celebration and promised more illegal debt cancellations.
Next, the Greek chorus of witless Biden sycophants did some gaslighting of their own.
Wrong, Larry. They have millions of American taxpayers to thank. Those who of us who are stuck paying off debts we didn’t incur.
Nothing in these cancellations forces - or even encourages - colleges and universities to lower tuition or even to hold down costs. So money will continue to flow to these left-wing indoctrination centers and we’ll be stuck with the bills. Forever.
College students will continue to borrow money they can never repay with their gender studies degrees, while they float down the campus lazy river or meander over to the food court or decide to change their pronouns.
They’ll sign for those loans and then whine about paying them back. And those who didn’t go to college or who paid off our own student loans and put our kids through college while driving old cars and never taking vacations will be on the hook for these deadbeats.
Anyone else starting to feel like a sucker in Biden’s America?
Donald Trump was just fined for borrowing money and paying it back with interest. Hundreds of thousands of college grads borrowed money and will never pay it back.
But they will be loyal Democrats.
And at the end of the day, that’s what counts.
