Joe Biden’s Very Bad Day

Joe Biden’s Very Bad Day

In his delusional state, Joe Biden thought he got good news yesterday afternoon when a special counsel announced that he would not be criminally charged for mishandling classified documents.

Doing his happy dance while reading off the ever-present teleprompter the Puddinghead president gloated: “This matter is now closed.”

Seriously, Joe?

What the special counsel said was that Biden was too senile to be charged with crimes.

But he’s fit to be president?

Good Lord, we’re in trouble.

By 8 o’clock Thursday evening a panicked president proved that the issue was not closed. Biden hastily went on national TV to assure America that he still has what it takes to be leader of the Free World.

Instead, what we saw was an irate, emotional old man who confused Mexico with Egypt the minute he went off script and who lashed out at reporters who shouted questions at him about his mental fitness.

That report clearly got to him. When was the last time a political candidate held a press conference to show he didn’t have Alzheimer’s?

This scathing 388-page report was worse than a criminal indictment. It set the table for the 25th Amendment. Suddenly the thought of a President Harris doesn’t seem that far-fetched. Democrats simply can’t allow this man to run for another term.

The report was dripping with bad news. This included allegations that Biden had been warned repeatedly over the years to stop mishandling classified documents. At one point he was warned to stop reading highly classified papers “on the train.”

Geezus.

Then there’s this description of the shabby condition the classified documents were in when they were removed from Biden’s garage.

From The Wall Street Journal: Classified documents were found in a garage among items that included a collapsed dog crate, a dog bed, a Zappos box, an empty bucket, a broken lamp wrapped with duct tape, potting soil and synthetic firewood, according to the report.

A garage that his crackhead son had access to while Hunter was busy influence peddling around the world.

This is a five-alarm fire.

On top of that, our president is exactly what many of us have been saying for years: He’s a barely sentient doddering old man who has no idea what’s going on and he can’t remember much of anything. His handlers have been able to manage his public appearances in a way that limit the glimpses the public gets of just how far into dementia Biden has sunk.

Two days worth of interviews with Special Counsel Robert Hur unmasked him.

The stunning report was a gift to Dems who have been itching to throw the confused geezer overboard.

It was also a gift to the GOP.

In what even The New York Times described as an “unflattering report” the special counsel wrote that there is evidence that Biden “willfully retained and disclosed classified materials” and that his actions "present serious risks to national security.”

So why not bring charges against Biden?

“We have also considered that, at trial, Mr. Biden would likely present himself to a jury, as he did during our interview of him, as a sympathetic, well-meaning, elderly man with a poor memory," it said. "Based on our direct interactions with and observations of him, he is someone for whom many jurors will want to identify reasonable doubt. It would be difficult to convince a jury that they should convict him — by then a former president well into his eighties — of a serious felony that requires a mental state of willfulness."

Since when do prosecutors weigh the reaction of jurors before bringing charges? He either committed crimes or he didn’t. Also, cooperation after you get caught doesn’t erase a felony.

How bad is the president’s memory when he’s not drugged with whatever it is they shoot him full of to get him through a speech?

Hur tells us:

“He did not remember when he was vice president, forgetting on the first day of the interview when his term ended ('if it was 2013 — when did I stop being Vice President?'), and forgetting on the second day of the interview when his term began ('in 2009, am I still Vice President?')," the report said.

Good Lord, folks. This half-baked brain has the nuclear codes. He commands our armed forces. He - or his handlers - have engaged in a three-year-long act of treason by opening our Southern border and pretending he’s powerless to close it.

This special counsel report was prepared by a Merrick Garland appointee. The man he describes in it is clearly unfit to be president.

Making matters worse, Biden went on national TV just after Tucker Carlson dropped his two-hour interview with Vladimir Putin. Whatever you think of Putin, the man is sharp, has an encyclopedic knowledge of Russian history and was remarkably lucid.

Contrast that with Biden’s erratic presser. Typical of people slipping into the nether world of dementia, Biden appeared stubborn and angry.

That train wreck of a press conference was supposed to assure the country that he was not an old incompetent man.

It accomplished the opposite.
