Democrats Doing A Splendid Job
Well, the Democrats only have themselves to blame. They walked right into this one.
I’m talking, of course, about their deep affection for Kilmar Abrego Garcia, an alleged wife-beating, human trafficking, gang-banging thug who is back home in El Salvador, in a prison where he can’t hurt anyone.
Or, as he’s known in the legacy media, “Kilmar, the Maryland dad.”
As they continue on their political kamikaze mission, Democrat Senators are lining up to make theatrical trips to El Salvador, all on the taxpayers’ dime.
The mid-term ads practically write themselves.
Sen. Chris Van Hollen
In a brilliant act of next-level trolling, Attorney General Pam Bondi called a press conference just as Maryland Sen. Chris Van Hollen fumed in the hot Latin American sun because he was not allowed make a conjugal prison visit with his favorite Maryland dad.
While the previously unknown senator was steaming for the cameras in a foreign country, Bondi revealed that two judges in 2019 found that Garcia was, indeed, a member of MS-13 (they don’t carry membership cards, by the way, law enforcement relies on circumstantial evidence and confidential informants). In fact Garcia was a ranking gang member with the title of “Chequeo” and the street name “Chele.”
We also learned that his loving wife twice sought protective orders against this gentle Maryland dad whom she said was manhandling her.
Bondi then handed the mic over to Patty Morin, whose daughter, Rachel - Maryland mother of five - was raped, beaten and strangled by another MS-13 gang member in 2023. Her daughter’s bloodied and lifeless body was found in a sewer pipe.
The dirtbag who killed Rachel was sentenced to life in prison this week.
Unlike Garcia’s wife, Morin (an American citizen) never got a call or visit from her senator.
Not a good look for Van Hollen who eventually was allowed to meet with Garcia. Oh, and he posed for photos shaking hands with the gang member as if the tattooed man is a foreign dignitary. The GOP no doubt thanks him for that gift.
There are no photos of him consoling the five motherless children in Maryland who know first-hand the savagery of MS-13.
Oh, and there’s more, The Tennessee Star is reporting that in 2022 Garcia was stopped by Tennessee Highway Patrol on suspicion of human trafficking. He was reportedly driving from Texas to Maryland without a license with seven passengers who had no luggage. Tennessee authorities contacted Biden’s FBI. The feds ordered Tennessee authorities to photograph the gang and let them go.

So let’s see, we have a possible wife-beating, human trafficking, gang-banger illegal alien and Democrats are going to the mats to try to bring him back into the U.S.
Even if they’re successful, he’ll be in the country for about 15 minutes before another immigration judge orders him deported because the rival gang that he claimed was gunning for him in 2019 is no longer in existence. Maybe he’ll be deported to somewhere other than El Salvador but he can’t stay here.
Still, they’re determined to turn him into 2025’s George Floyd.
This is political folly, but as Napoleon supposedly once said, “Never interrupt your enemy while he is making a mistake.”
Don’t stop, Democrats. And while you’re at it, continue to slather Karmelo Anthony and Luigi Mangione with love and affection. And don’t forget Mahmoud Khalil. Americans desperately want to keep America-hating Hamas fanboys on college campuses.
