Every one of us who has gotten misdelivered mail - which I venture to say is 100% of Americans - or who has witnessed extraordinary delays should gulp when politicians start yapping about turning over the next election to this dysfunctional agency.
Inside that package was a soft, colorful baby blanket. It was mailed from my local post office on March 25 and arrived at its destination on July 11.
